One of the big feelings that has hit me hard during the pandemic has been anxiety. Despite all the good work I've done since being a teenager to process and lessen the anxiety I experience, it all came roaring back in those early months - so I began to dig into my coaching tool kit to see where I could find help processing and hopefully - some relief.
I've woven some of the tools and processes that have worked for me into my retreat - which is coming up this weekend - April 23 to 25. Each session is only 90 mins because the zoom fatigue is real!
